Introduction to Wirework
Daytime & Evening Workshop
Learn how to create beautiful jewellery with little or no previous experience. You will create and keep a pair of earrings, a bracelet and necklace using wire twisting techniques. Learn step-by-step how to design your matching jewellery set, discover what tools and materials are required and the techniques for finishing off your jewellery.
We provide a wide selection of quality beads and materials to complete your projects. Come along and make your own individual jewellery designs to take away with you.

The one day Introduction to wirework jewellery making workshop is just €75 and includes materials such as silver plated wire, beads, semi-precious gemstones and much more. Use of tools and light refreshments are also included.
The evening course is just €55 and you make a bracelet and earrings on this course.

Ring Making Level 1
Level One – Full Day Workshop
Learn how to make stunning rings with wire, crystals and beads. Each ring is individual and you can be as delicate or as Bling as you choose! The workshop begins at 10.00 a.m. and finishes at 3.00 p.m. with a 45 Minute Lunch break.
What will I learn?
1. What tools are required and how to use them safely.
2. Wire and materials needed
3. Step-by-step techniques to make your own ring designs to take home with you.
During the workshop you will make several different style rings, using silver coated wire, buttons and beads. We teach all the fundamentals for making wire rings and this course is an excellent introduction to ring making. While we state that 'no experience is necessary' for this workshop, some of the designs need strength in your hands in order to be able to twist and wrap the wire. Please take this into consideration and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
How much will it cost?
The 1 day Ring Making Workshop is €75 and includes materials (Swarovski crystals, buttons, beads and semi-precious gems), use of tools and light refreshments. You are also welcome to bring your own beads to use at this workshop.

Ring Making Level 2
Level 2 - Full Day Workshop!
Learn how to make stunning rings with wire, crystals and beads! Each dress ring is individual and you can be as delicate or as bling as you choose! The workshop begins at 10.00 a.m. and finishes at 3.00 p.m. with a 45 minute lunch break.

Ring styles:
Learn to make a charm ring, manoeuvre wire to make a Celtic style wire wrap ring, how to wire wrap stones with no holes, wire sculpture ring, charm ring and make two styles of beaded rings (all different to the styles taught on the level one workshop)
During the workshop you will make several different style rings, using silver coated wire, crystals and beads. While we state that 'no experience is necessary' for this workshop we would recommend that you attend the level 1 workshop first. Also some of the designs need strength in your hands in order to be able to twist and wrap the wire. Please take this into consideration and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Tiara Level 1
A great beginner tiara workshop – this course incorporates basic wire and millinery techniques to enable you to create two styles of tiara on the day. Our morning tiara is a basic ‘tree’ style tiara and then our afternoon tiara is a beautiful metal fascinator. Excellent opportunity to incorporate basic wire techniques into your millinery and jewellery making skills!

Tiara Level 2
A great follow on workshop from our level one (but can be taken without level 1 if you have some good wirework skills) – this course incorporates different tiara making techniques. We go more into the detail of consulting for the right type of tiara, how to make a tiara band from wire (we use premade ones on level 1), how to make a tiara off the band using wire twisting techniques which allows you to build your tiara to any side and style you want and also cover how to make a tiara using component pieces. Excellent opportunity to incorporate basic wire techniques into your millinery and jewellery making skills!
What will I learn?
1. This course concentrates on the skills behind making and finishing intermediate level tiaras – the techniques covered on this course can be used on a variety of projects. You will learn how to consult for the right type of tiara and what head and face measurements to make to ensure right style and fit. You will twist, shape and embellish wire to make two styles of tiara.
2. You will learn what tools and materials are required to make your tiaras and we endeavor to cover two designs on the day and how to make your own bespoke tiara band from scratch.
How much will it cost?

Wedding Hair Jewellery
Take your comb making skills to the next level! Gillian Hughes teaches you some of her most popular bridal comb designs on this one day workshop. Learn how to maximise your pieces using wire, beads and little bit of sparkle - we use Swarovski in this course! This is a great course if you are interested in making your own wedding hair jewellery or adding it to your existing jewellery making or millinery skills.

Combs & Clips
A great beginner clip and comb workshop – this course incorporates basic wire and millinery techniques to enable you to create a wide variety of combs and clips suitable for all occasions on the day. Our morning commences with basic wiring techniques to get you warmed up making basic shapes to mount to combs or clips. We then teach you how to either wire on or wire off a comb and show you our techniques that we use to make our famous riverdance combs (yes we make the combs and tiaras for riverdance!) This workshop is an excellent opportunity to incorporate basic wire techniques into your millinery and jewellery making skills!
What will I learn?
1. This course concentrates on the skills behind making and finishing metal combs and clips – this is a great technique to learn as it can be used on a variety of projects. You will learn how to measure, twist, shape and embellish wire to make a variety of comb and clip styles.
2. You will learn what tools and materials are required to make your combs and clips and we endeavor to cover five designs on the day

Masterclass in Wire Flowers
A great follow on workshop from our tiara or comb courses (but can be taken without level 1 if you have some good wirework skills) – this course incorporates different wired flower making techniques. These are the basis for any good bridal comb, tiara, jewellery or fascinator, and Netty introduces you to a selection of pieces she regularly uses in her designs. These are more complicated to make but look amazing when finished in a piece. Excellent opportunity to incorporate more wire techniques into your millinery and jewellery making skills!
What will I learn?
1. This course concentrates on the skills behind making and finishing beautiful wired flowers – the techniques covered on this course can be used on a variety of projects. You will twist, shape and embellish wire to make a variety of flowers – we start with some petal making techniques and work our way up to making more complicated flowers
2. You will learn what tools and materials are required to make your wire flowers and we endeavor to cover a few designs on the day (but you may have to finish them at home).
How much will it cost?
The Masterclass in Wire Flowers course costs just €130 and gives you an allowance of €20 towards Swarovski crystal to use during the class (this is not refundable if you use less than €20 allowance).
